
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A Charlottesville man has been arrested on drug charges.
According to a release, the 3A Regional Drug and Gang Task Force searched an apartment at Crescent Halls on Thursday.
Officials arrested 43-year-old Patrick Stovall and the search of his residence turned up 10 ounces of cocaine and about $10,000 in U.S. currency.
He is being held at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail on a charge of possession of Schedule I/II controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
The 3A Regional Drug and Gang Task Force including the police departments of Charlottesville and Albemarle County as well as the sheriff’s office of Fluvanna, Greene and Nelson counties.
