CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A local nonprofit organization, Do Good Cville had a charity run event.

The event started at Superfly Brewing Co. and went around to other local breweries such as Starr Hill Brewery and Random Row Brewing Co.

"The proceeds of the event tonight are actually going to go to support another local nonprofit called LoveNoEgo. The goal of LoveNoEgo is to support kids age 10-18, with mentorship opportunities, motivational speaking, and with workshop opportunities," said Dash Duncan, Starr Hill Run Club leader.

They also said that for those who could not attend, but would like to get involved with Do Good Cville, to go to their website at dogoodcville.org.
