Bulletin: ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Virginia, including the following counties and independent city, City of Richmond, Goochland, Hanover and Henrico. * WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 131 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Richmond, Tuckahoe, Laurel, Wyndham, Glen Allen, Lakeside, Dumbarton, Greendale, Short Pump, Roslyn Hills, Longdale, Elmont and Hanover Airport. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
